Jason is a veteran state house lobbyist with 25 years of experience in public policy and advocacy. Jason previously served as the Vice President of Government and External Affairs at the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans (MAHP), a role he has held for the last 13 years. In that position, Jason oversaw state government relations and worked with MAHP member plans to develop the strategic planning and advancement of the industry’s priorities at the State House.

Jason previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director to the former Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and prior to that served as the Speaker’s Director of Constituent Services.

Jason attended Suffolk University for Public Policy and currently serves as the chairman of the Ward 3 Democratic Committee in Boston. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the North End Waterfront Health Center, a federally qualified health center servicing the residents of the North End, Waterfront and Charlestown neighborhoods in the City of Boston.
