Lisa Massaroni is an Executive Assistant at Tremont Strategies Group, directly supporting partners Michael Bergan and Liesl Sheehan in all aspects of their work. Prior to joining TSG, Lisa spent five years working as an Executive Assistant at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute where she supported the Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to beginning her career as an Executive Assistant Lisa was a classroom teacher. As a member of the 2015 Teach for America Corps she taught middle school science in Indianapolis, IN and earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Marian University. Upon returning to Boston, Lisa taught high school Biology and Computer Science at Roxbury Prep High School.

A native of Brockton, MA, Lisa is an alumna of Harvard College where she concentrated in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology with a secondary field in Classics and was actively involved in the Quincy House Committee and a co-manager of the Quincy Grille.
